After interacting with the front end team of Wadhwa Wise City and site visit , I decided on it . The location is well located and provides a majestic view of the Western Ghats and it gives me immense satisfaction to be part of it.
In Sep month of 2023, I with my wife visited Wise City Project casually. I was so impressed by the location, open plots offerings (which wasn't there anywhere in other projects nearby) and amenities that I ended up booking a Twin Bungalow Plot quickly. In past two years, the two landmark infrastructure projects Atal Setu and Navi Mumbai Airport got completed and that confirmed the choice that I had made was right. Now the local train route from Panvel to Karjat would take it to another level.
The Wadhwa efforts for the project location and availability of the property at affordable is highly appreciable. Wadhwa has kept all the transparency of the deal in terms of payment terms, amount transaction
Wadhwa group is one of the leading developers known for its quality work and reputation. Wise city was my first flat visit which i saw and immediately booked it without looking out for any other project in the nearby vicinity. This project has a good potential in the coming years
